Our trailers are designed to prevent water infiltration. The entire shell is assembled by gluing rather than screwing, ensuring a better seal. In addition, each joint is triple-sealed for optimal protection. Their ingenious design allows water to drain out rather than seep in, even at sensitive elements such as parking lights, water and electrical inlets, and hinges.
Insulating a mini-trailer works differently than a traditional trailer. In such a compact space, good ventilation and efficient air exchange with the outside are much more important than wall insulation. It's essential to remove stale air and moisture to ensure fresh, oxygenated air at all times, thus avoiding any risk of condensation.
That's why we prioritize excellent ventilation over adding wall insulation, which would be unnecessary in this type of product. Excessive insulation would weigh down the trailer, reduce interior space, and increase costs, without any real benefit.
Insulation is essential in the floor to prevent condensation under mattresses. The Genimax TD features a honeycomb-structured floor combined with insulating foam, ensuring optimal comfort.
Its small air volume allows it to warm up naturally with body heat.
For cold nights, several options are available:
- Electric heater (with access to electricity)
- Electric blanket (ideal for off-grid camping)
- Diesel heater (ideal for off-grid camping in very cold weather)

Our trailers are designed to provide excellent ventilation. They come standard with air vents at all four corners and an electric roof fan, ensuring constant air exchange. This allows for the introduction of fresh, oxygenated air while removing moisture and stale air.
Additionally, several additional options can be added to improve airflow and comfort, such as casement windows, door screens, a rear panel tent with mosquito netting, and even a portable air conditioner.
